Bake Days

We’re back to some classics: Rustic Sourdough, Seeded Plum Rolls (set of 6), and Cardamom Knots (set of 4).

Pick-up day for Rustic Sourdough, Seeded Plum Rolls, and Cardamom Knots.

To celebrate some great recent events, we will be doing some loaves of Peter’s brioche! Also available: Rustic spelt sourdough and sourdough discard English muffins (set of four). Also available: a beeswax-lined bread bag, blue waves pattern.

Orders can be scheduled for pickup between 12:30-2:30

Aaand, we’re back! Note: this bake day will be delivery only because there will be tree work going on by our driveway. Items available: Walnut sourdough, Seeded Plum rolls, Cardamom knots, and a few painted Swedish butter knives I picked up in Norway this summer. Pre-orders over on Hotplate.

Fall is in full swing, at least in the kitchen! Rustic sourdough and Sourdough Discard English Muffins make their return, and one of my absolute favorites, Apple-Cinnamon Sourdough makes its debut. Pre-orders on Hotplate.

I’m so excited for this bake day! I’m not sure which one I’m going to sit down with after the work is over…all of these are perfect for fall.

Sesame Sunflower seed sourdough is perfectly nutty and makes the absolute best sandwiches. There will be few sourdough bake days between now and Christmas and these loaves freeze well. :) Rustic Sourdough, Cranberry-Walnut Sourdough Rolls (6 pack), and Boller (chocolate chip sweet rolls, 3 pack).
