Sesame Sunflower seed sourdough is perfectly nutty and makes the absolute best sandwiches. The Danish Rye bread is a very dense, very nutritious bread that is used for open-faced sandwhiches in Denmark. It is also great toasted with butter and cheese or apricot jam. The Cardamom Knots are my usual ones with cardamom, cinnamon, and pearl sugar. Pre-orders on Hotplate.
