School is just about done, and summer weather appears to be on the horizon…maybe. It’s been a weird spring! I will have three bake days coming up: Saturday, May 30, Saturday, June 13 and Wednesday, June 24. After that time, I will be in the North Sea region (primarily the UK) with my family for the rest of the summer, so bake days will be on hold until September. Hope you have some fun summer plans as well!
